      Salary you will get in time. Without this you will not get anything.

      Cons

      Treating employees like slaves. Low salary. Low bonus. High target. No/ very less growth in appraisal. Instructing to Employees to work like robots in the environment to achieve targets, but not with same language with abusive words. No job security. Totally useless.

      Great opportunity for growth for everyone Have score cards so appraisal is not in the hands of reporting manager it is on you

      offices are small too much extended hours of working
