Pros
You may meet a few coworkers and or customers that will become friends. All the trauma you go through while working here is an initiation for what's next to come in your life. You get to wear "many hats" while spinning your wheels here. You get to play Nice Girl/Boy so you can try and earn a living. You get to play Sherlock Holmes when your customer's merchandise is missing. You get to play Accountant to make sure your paycheck isn't short. You get play on the internet when the store is dead. You get to play Psychologist or Marriage Counselor to your entitled customers, and then you realize you are playing the role of Slave when HDB decides to not pay you for the energy you put into helping the place stay in business as long as it has. After you leave you will become a well rounded individual capable of many things in the future.
Cons
No branding identity, powerless management team, spineless and scandalous upper management, lack of marketing, no leadership, gossip, delivery issues on 90% of your orders. You will feel like a circus animal trying to do trick and flips only to realize you are going around in circles. If you must take a job here be sure to leave your soul at home because HD BUTTER SOUL SUCK will have no mercy on it.
