Pros
Good salary and benefits, although newer employees are offered different contracts to existing employees as the benefits system has changed.
Cons
Lack of support in student/faculty disputes, in particular over grading and class management. Lack of trust in staff, which in some instances is justified with some faculty undertaking a lot of "independent learning" classes.
