      - great starting salary with yearly bonus - growth opportunities within company - medical, dental, vision benefits and 401k - option for company car - company culture that is constructive and encouraging

      Cons

      - was a good amount of mileage added to my personal car but then entered the company car program where that is no longer an issue for me

      Pros

      HCP Concierge gave me a great start. I was there 4 years, got numerous promotions, raises, etc. Left eventually for different opportunity but great company, great culture, great people.

      Cons

      Hard to think of any. Starting pay was low but knew that going in. My pay almost doubled in 4 years.
