Managers do not have Managerial Skills. They cannot lead any huge project. They earn money from Support and Maintenance. Client appreciation is very less...Working culture is horrible. Very unprofessional, they do not learn, Do not speak English at office. Most importantly they hire H1B at Onsite and once project is over they will fire you in just 2 weeks...Clients always screw them as they do not accomplish anything, they never add values...Good People cannot never stick here....So my request to good and Talented people ...Never join this company
