Big setup, well-known name, wide range of technologies, employee - friendly policies, reasonable long term onsite oppurtunities, employee from diverse backgrounds
Cons
HCL fares badly in terms of rewarding its employees. Don't ever believe in "Employee First" term they are selling everywhere. Compensation is below industry standards. Management is not competent enough. Politics is first criteria to rise up the ladder.
