      One of the best companies to grow as a manager. HCL pays usually above par from market. Higher guarantee of employment safety than most organizations.

      Cons

      Options of lateral growth are minimal. One must continue on lateral path usually. Bureaucratic environment. Old ways of working and stereotype management. Bad work life balance due to mismanagement and lack of proper tools.
