      -Good Salary Level for Mexico -Food tickets -Save funds -30 days holiday bonus -10 days of holidays -Some projects are interesting

      Cons

      -Micromanagement -An expectation of "always available" -Bad Work/life balance (depends of the project but almost all has this) -A bad communication with clients -Excessive burocracy and bad use of the agile processes -A lot of required unuseful traininigs
