you get to keep your job if u are placed with a project and as long as your project boss is pleased with your performance.
Cons
HCL portal always have issues. system is too backwards. greatest joke is they only credit 1 AL to u ev month. despite always showing they are making profits, there are no salary increment and no career progression - you will never get promoted. most unforgettable, i got a salary increment of $14. YES $14. what a joke!
