      Most of the responsibilities would be given to developer which would give more exposure to beginners. The management is very good and flexible. People here are generally friendly.

      Cons

      It takes time to be promoted to next level. The salary hike will not be much but they will ensure that they meet the industry standards and will be a decent hike.
