Pros
Excellent benefits overall. The medical options are affordable and with decent coverage.
Cons
I make about 50% less than my male colleagues. I've tried to address this with multiple levels of management and keep getting told, I should have negotiated better. It doesn't seem to matter than we were bought by another company and there weren't salary negotiations.
