Pros
They have projects that look good on a resume You can usually move from one project to another when done High physical/digital security within the company
Cons
- Stereotype corporate culture; what you'd find in movies - Black-and-white "all employees must..." policies that lead to silliness like spending tens of hours on mandatory training irrelevant to my position on my own time - Inexperienced project lead (YMMV) and inexperienced offshore team - Way too many newsletters and employees can message everyone in the company, apparently - Computer security is obnoxious (can't use a thumb drive, can't transfer a document, etc.) if managed by HCL
