Lower than minimum wage Dead end job with no progression. Unrealistic targets Management under stress all the time. If a certain department closes, staff get let go instead of being sent to another department. Management make staff do exams every week and then don’t show the staff the results of the exam, so you could have passed and they will say you failed. Job also depends on result of that exam and if failed twice you will be let go. Heavy high staff turnover an literally hire anybody! Staff are put to work when not trained properly! They over hire a lot and let go people when hours are cut. Even if staff are there years!! If a manager doesn’t personally doesn’t like you, you will be let go. Is not a long term job especially if have kids at home or college student. To much stress and poor money and most employees there hate the company.

Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.

Autonomy, good leadership, support from the top.

Cons

Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
