Pros
- Immense job stability - lots of onsite( if you get lucky) - decent hikes - strong HR - good transport - has the best technologies and projects in market - you will learn a lot here
Cons
- No night shift allowance ( they make you believe that a US shift is your regular shift), no pay difference bw people working 9am-6pm and 6pm-3am - they will suck all Bonus given in the last 1 year when you leave the company, Bonuses are huge as 25% of your monthly salary - they play with designations, no defined structure - if you join as a GET , you always feel the gap bw you and the lateral hired people in terms of pay and designations - pathetic cafeteria food
