      The people that work here are great The environment is relaxed and you can easily talk to managers Learn about a new system everyday

      Cons

      The pay is terrible New rules are made everyday for the agents to follow If your numbers are not perfect you risk getting fired Got paid way less than other agents doing the same or less then the same job
