      Pros

      Great health benefits. The employees are primarily Indian and very courteous - though some are hard to understand.

      Cons

      Never get more than 10 days of PTO. No pay raises in 5 years, despite them doing quarterly performance reviews. The company couldn't perform well enough to renew their contract where I was at. They hire a LOT of unexperienced workers.
