Pros
The other employees were nice to work with besides the manager and anyone who has any type of managerial position, or basically any say over other people.
Cons
Absolutely everything else. The hours are terrible, and you get no overtime pay unless you clock in right when your supposed to, no earlier, no later, and clock out right when your supposed to. I was pregnant when I worked there and they broke almost every law for pregnant woman that was passed on June 1st of 2023. I had 0 breaks until the last hour of my shift, my manager had me working two positions that normally take two people but decided to sit in his office and do nothing. The management in this place is absolutely horrendous. They let the other managers get away with sitting around and doing nothing but expect the other workers to make up for their laziness and reprimand them when they don’t. The only time I EVER saw them actually work and act like decent people, was when state was there. Management NEVER came in on weekends but state came in from Saturday to Tuesday I believe, and every manager was there and after state left they complained about how tired they were. Welcome to actually working and being decent people. I remember when they came into the kitchen and helped with dishes and sending dinners out. That was the only time that EVER happened while I was there. They put on an absolute show while state was there. Even the STNAs and Nurses were talking about how nice it was that they came out of their offices and helped out for once. The only two manager type people I can say did that on the regular was the respiratory guy, and the head maintenance guys. They regularly helped out when they could. But all the ladies in their offices and the manager in the kitchen pretty much made a bed in their offices and didn’t come out unless there was an actual emergency or when state was there.
