Words do not do justice to the unfortunate climate of this organization. If I could give anyone advice it would be to turn away from this company's doors as quickly as they can (including the contract awardees). I closer investigation into their infrastructure and staffing matrix will quickly reveal that they are a sham. It is unfortunate that the President attempts to recruit top industry talent to foster her contract deception.
