      Pros

      Nice people with a great culture. People all care for and support each other. I love the exceptionally high level of integrity and honesty among all employees and field advisors.

      You are definitely paid by your own efforts, so if you aren’t able to self-motivate and produce results, you would struggle

      You get to do what is best for your client No quotas, borad range of products available Flexibility Wonderful annual training Outstanding Top Level Leadership

      Cons

      Local leadership sometimes great, sometimes not so great. Some areas have great weekly training, others do not. You pay your own expenses.
