Okay entry position - Planner HBK Engineering Employee Review

Working at HBK has been the best experience ever. Their culture is very much relaxed and trusting. If you're doing what you're supposed to do the managers wont bother you. No micromanaging AT ALL!! I've worked in toxic environments before and after almost three years at HBK, its NEVER been toxic.

Their pay is on the lower side but honestly it doesn't matter because its such a healthy work environment.

Health Benefits were good, mainly because HBK was part of Quanta Really great people Fun activities like galas, sport events, etc. Healthy worklife balance

1 week maternity/paternity leave Low pay and disappointing annual bonuses - getting exceeds expectations doesn't result in big pay bumps Change management is non-existent - employees are given little notice on changes and expected to fall in line with no discussion Not a lot of growth opportunity Not a lot of training for middle management High turnover rate for engineers and project managers
