      Pros

      it was a great place to work and had great benefits for 21 years I was able to grow the business in salt lake city whenI started with only 2 employees and left with over 40 and I hade as many as 66.

      Cons

      office personal back in Detroit had a different look on how to treat or manage employees out of state, lack of accountability was out of control the last year I worked there so I had to leave. my choice

      Compensation on the low side and workload can be heavy in peak times.

      Pros

      location, spending time with now retired owner, a real gentleman.

      Cons

      Incredibly challenging work expectations with no acknowledgement or reward for a job well done. Other people will benefit from your hard work and will never give you the credit you deserve or recognize your talent and contributions. Management is extremely disconnected from reality. Remaining employees are only concerned about protecting their own jobs. There are no advancement opportunities, expect promises to be broken. Disproportional priority given to IT support staff.
