- Flexible Office Hours - Lenient leave management system - Very good domain and technology to work with - Independent in development
Cons
- One developer usually has 3 to 4 managers. Very less developers and more managers - Most of the time management is only interested in getting the work done irrespective of emplyees benefits/health/concerns - Nobody takes responsibility and only blame game starts esp by management - Sometimes very good top managers are not given enough opportunity makes them to leave the company and those who are not worthy are given more importance
