Pros
Initially, a good team. Salary was good but not worth the cost of your soul.
Cons
Being asked to work off the clock for meetings. No overtime, even when short staffed or the computer system goes down and you spend tons of time catching up- you are expected to do it on your own time. Managers push 90% productivity so that they can get bonuses. Ethical complaints about the way patients are treated are ignored- you are literally told that you did not see what you reported, or that you should mind your own business. If you continue to raise concerns, they will threaten to let you go. Money and profit rules all! They expect you to spend your own money on materials they should provide for therapy. They promote COTAs and PTAs to management positions over licensed therapists because they can pay them less, especially if they are "yes men" who will do what they are told. They have a revolving door of mediocre (or often worse!) contract therapists, who are just there for the paycheck and have no business working in the field.
