I worked for H3 Dynamics for over 5 years. The pay /benefits are good. They promote from within. The management and supervisors - in all departments -were always very professional, fair and flexible. They have an open door policy so any idea, suggestion that you have, you can freely approach your supervisor, team leader, HR, CEO etc. They also help you get additional training/education to excel in your job. The team is very international so I worked with people from all over the world. good work life balance. But you are expected to do your job and perform well. this seems normal and fair to me. I think the people who do not stay long, the issue seems to be on that person as this company really wants you to succeed and helps you do that. I suspect the bad reviews were people that were fired. My experience was very positive.

None that I encountered. I was treated very fair and well- everyone I worked with had the same opinion too. no negatives for me.
