The employees that work here make H2M a home away from home. The open door policy is fantastic, everyone is willing to help out when they can and people genuinely care about each other. There are so many events that go on to help bring employees close together - charity walks, summer outing, dressing up for Halloween, Thanksgiving Feast, Holiday Party, etc. There are also a lot of committees to join, so your voice can really be heard! Some committees include Sustainability, Health Insurance, Employee Engagement, Canstruction, ACE Mentor, Safety, Wellness, Young Professionals, etc. Upper management and supervisors really try to set employees up for success. Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful place to work.
Cons
No company is perfect. However, with different committees and feedback mechanisms already in place, H2M is open to suggestions from all levels of staff.
