8yThank you for the review! Over the last few years, our employment and office locations have heavily increased. Despite this growth, we do try our best to keep a small company feel. We have added a Young Professional Committee to give our new staff the chance to network across business lines and offices. Rich’s new employee lunches allow some of the more senior staff and the new employees a chance to get to know each other and foster relationships. But we recognize that this is a work in progress.
We have offered several management sessions in 2017, and in 2018 we will be conducting a pilot leadership program. We appreciate your review, and will continue to seek out feedback in regards to developing our emerging leaders.
