I am enjoying employment with this woman owned company. The owners are very sharp and incredibly thoughtful. They have been supportive and down to earth. Lots of education opportunities to take advantage of and absolutely phenomenal benefits. The COO is a wonderful woman to work for and also very smart. They help where needed and do a great job ensuring you are successful.

I cant really think of any hard "cons" other than personal preference things. If anything I think that there is some superfluous paperwork and micromanaging but barely if any.

Great management team and excellent benefits! The leadership always went above and beyond in supporting company employees.

The consulting teams are spread out across the the DC, MD, VA, and FL areas. It was not always easy to meet everyone in person, but the leadership team worked hard to keep everyone updated on all the exciting opportunities that the company had to offer.
