Pros

The team seemed friendly though most of them stick around because they are desperate, making on average 200 per week cannot pay my bills

Cons

all commission even though they tell you otherwise, long long days and they make you work weekends. They were 45 minutes late for my interviews, the "manager" Dan seemed very unorganised, a bit sketchy to be honest, I felt he was hitting on me rather than interviewing me.

Pros

As I currently just graduated with my masters degree, I knew that I had to get my foot in the door with a company. I first applied to H2 Concepts because it offer's training and they work with Fortune 100 clients. Since my time at H2 Concepts I have learned more about business than I actually did in my graduate program in management. The face 2 face business experience with marketing and selling to big corporation is great. The best part of the company is the support staff that you get when you start the training. Don't think this is going to be an easy career because it involves a lot of hard work and pushes you to get out of your comfort zone. If your a self starter and looking for growth and pretty quick growth in a company. I would recommend working with Dan at h2 concepts

Cons

You need to be fully committed to work a full day and full week! There is a very high standard in place so the job can be tough, but who doesn't like to be challenged. People who are competitive will thrive in this business setting. People who are looking to get handed things b.c they have a "degree" or know some1 do not even bother wasting your time. H2 is 100% non seniority based which is perfect for the competitive driven candidates
