Good people Tax training is best-in-class (both in-season and off-season) Technical support is generally quite good
Cons
Backoffice support needs work. Block needs to embrace mobile tools and technology to allow their associates to manage schedules when out of the office. Pricing model needs to be more competitive - form-based pricing is pushing Block out of the market in many areas.
