Pros

A lot of responsibilities, good for gaining experience. Flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Good on paper, terribly bad in reality. Communication overall is awful. They claim that nobody works overtime, but most people do, overall, if somebody else decides for you. And nobody explains anything to you; you are expected to figure everything out on your own. People get promoted based on time or connections, not on skills. Poor leadership and poor communication between your own team and other teams. Not even the managers know what is going on with the company at times. They save some money hiring Indian staff, but working with their time zone is impossible.

Pros

I joined this organization exactly one year ago, and I have learned a bit during this time. As mentioned in a few previous reviews, working with the team members in Europe has been a great experience and the Senior Leadership in Ireland is great. I wish I could say the same thing about the Leadership in India. The work environment in the Bangalore office is poor.

Cons

No benefits. Salaries are poor. There is One person who does salary negotiations and treats it like bargaining in a vegetable market, putting pressure on candidates and employees alike. There is no culture of accepting feedback, any concerns raised are immediately shut down. Everything operates based on one person’s whims and fancies rather than structured processes or professional management. The company lacks proper HR policies, employee welfare standards, and organizational practices that are common in other MNCs. After many months of pleading, we got 1 day work from home.
