Pros

The people are genuinely friendly and easy to work with. Teams collaborate well across functions. The overall company culture is positive. Compensation is reasonable for the market.

Cons

In 2024, leadership changes within the Software Development team had a significant negative impact. Prior to this change, the team was generating revenue and expanding its capabilities. After the new manager took over, several senior members left the company, and the team lost momentum and maturity. The development culture shifted and no longer felt aligned with the broader company culture. Team morale, loyalty, and willingness to refer others declined noticeably. The resignation process is unstructured and lacks professionalism. Departing employees do not receive meaningful acknowledgment for their years of contribution.
