Pros

Convenient location, good clean working environment, lots of work, lots of hours. Mostly friendly staff working, love the people working there at times, especially curbside

Cons

Unrealistic expectations when finishing a task, poor management, bunch of complacent overnight leads who thinks they are perfect and can do no wrong, dont make mistakes and often lie about certain issues or tasks and then often goes against their own advice and will just move the goalpost for the sake of it. Certain tasks they will have you do that is meant to be done with 2 people and then get upset when you cannot meet that goal during a shift. At least the team leads I work with are extremely disorganized and very curt when it comes to work tasks and assignments that needed to be done yet how they set the workflow such as breakdown and downstacking on the sales floor is so poorly done and wonder why the team cant finish on time. They complain so much about partners not willing to work yet either put an inexperienced partner on one task that they dont know very well and get mad when they dont finish on time. Or put another partner on one task and set an unrealistic goal who is working their 3rd day in a row and put them in the hardest aisle with a heavy workload. And worst of all, put that blame on the partner they assigned the task for and not themselves.

Pros

There were no pros at all.

Cons

My experience at the Frisco location was largely negative due to the store leadership team, headed by Stacie Sorenson. I found the management approach to be unsupportive and at times created a stressful work environment. I often felt singled out and treated differently because of my background and appearance, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome during my internship. Pay was not competitive compared to similar employers. Scheduling was often inconsistent and difficult to plan around. In my experience, HR tended to support store leadership rather than adequately addressing employee concerns. The quality of the internship experience varies greatly depending on the store and management team. There can be resentment from some employees toward interns, particularly from those who were interested in the program but were not selected. Communication, mentorship, and support were not at the level I expected from a company that promotes its internship program so heavily.
