Pros
Management is supporting of employees decisions most of the time. Scheduling is flexible with great work hours and compensation. Benefits are also a plus.
Cons
Sometimes managers have to meet certain requirements which causes them to overlook their job and not focus on the people. They are usually worried about meeting the "company criteria". The customer is NOT always right either! Management needs to recieve more feedback from employees.
