H.Bloom offers a creative, challenging, flexible and team oriented work environment as well as autonomy for self-motivated employees.

Cons

Work remotely so we don't get to see coworkers often.

Really supportive team of people who care about your success. The demands and expectations were very clear and reasonable. Lots of guidance provided.

Cons

Base salary was a little low and building your own book of business is very tough, so not very much additional commission.
