Pros

They treat you great until they don’t want/need you anymore.

Cons

They let you leave your secure job thinking it’s a good move. They don’t care about you, your family, your kids. No warnings, no verbal feedback. Just fire you on the spot and with no given reason. They talk about culture and being humble and having transparency. It’s a joke. Do NOT apply here. You’re better off somewhere else. Your employment here can last a week, a month, a year. I’ve seen many get let go, moved here and from across the country and then in an instant because they do not like you or agree with your personal life , how you talk, how you walk, or if you blink too much..you’re fired. This is the most insecure job and company I’ve ever seen. I regret fully working for these people.

Pros

- Decent pay - Unlimited PTO - Fully remote work environment - Company-provided equipment upon request

Cons

- No structured training or onboarding process whatsoever - New hires are often thrown in with minimal guidance - Likely to train your own replacement before being let go - Extremely high turnover rate—talent is let go frequently, with no urgency to replace them - Remaining team members are expected to absorb additional responsibilities without support - Dysfunctional cross-departmental collaboration due to internal tensions - Passive-aggressive communication in team chats is common - Management lacks transparency and accountability - A toxic, self-preserving culture where colleagues will prioritize their own interests over teamwork
