- The company offers reasonable salaries - The company is highly organised, departments are largely autonomous and there are procedures in place to communicate up and down the company hierarchy - There is a mix of team collaboration and independent work - Personal development and training is always encouraged
Cons
- The type of company and atmosphere where you have to enjoy and embrace the corporate culture. - IT systems and programs are not consistent throughout the company. When technical issues arise this often causes a lot of disruption in peoples work and their ability to serve clients.
