      Very collaborative environment OK work life balance Interesting work

      Cons

      Limited career advancement if you're not a broker. Raises are embarrassing and there are no bonuses for support staff. Despite all the talk about Diversity & Inclusion, many managers still cling to the Caucasian Affirmative Action hiring system.
