Pros
Financially stable company. Great people work here that are trying to do their best for the company and would do anything to help one another. The HR team is very collaborative and talented.
Cons
Poor processes, wrong people making decisions and favoritism for developing certain people while ignoring the needs of those who really could help the business. Too much reliance on a certain group in HR which is burning them out. Not enough vacation.
