The company has policies and procedures which help to develop work processes. There is an atmosphere of multi-tasking at middle management levels.
Cons
Too much emphasis on procedures negatively impacts innovation and decision making. Employees at the lower level tend to operate in a very narrow band with little attention to achieving company objectives.
