      Pros

      Many years ago this company produced 15 million in sales revenue.

      Cons

      Owner is senile and berates employees for doing the things he asks them to do whenever he gets confused. Owner told me not to hire black people because they aren't a part of the company's demographic and values. The vinyl windows they sell are low value builder grade windows that they attempt to pass off as upscale windows and sell at upscale prices. Only people that buy are uninformed homeowners who will never see a return on investment.

      Pros

      This company has been an excellent place to work. I have been given the opportunity to advance and learn about the window replacement business. Mr. Fiume, the owner is a caring and compassionate individual who has built this company on integrity and good moral values. Something that seems to have been lost on our new generation.
