Our pay range is $18-22 dollars an hour for our RBT staff, which is higher than most companies in area.

We understand no company is perfect, but we value all our staff and our clients that receive services with our company. Former employees have made some inflammatory accusations and lies about our company. We understand that this is the price of doing business that former employees can slander a company on the internet without any repercussions. We hold our staff to a higher standard because we are working with children that are in a vulnerable population, so there is an expectation of professionalism at all times. We also understand that not all employees we hire can live up to that professional expectation, we wish them only the best in their future endeavors.
