      Pros

      This team feels like family. They really care about the kids and it shows. Administration is involved supportive and makes you feel cared for. The allow for you to create a space to work on life skills as well as academics and provide for work life balance.

      Cons

      I really can’t think of any. If I hadn’t moved I’d still be there!
