Supportive team with high expectations from management - Anonymous Guidelight Health Employee Review

The people who make important policy decisions really take the time to listen and understand how those decisions affect everyone. Guidelight makes an effort to ensure it's egalitarian philosophy regarding treatment of patients is also applied to those who work here. In my eight months here, I have continuously felt valued and appreciated.

To echo most of the other reviews, start-up change management may not be everyone's cup of tea. My personal challenges however, are always surmountable and I am never lacking in resources and support I need to be successful.

I have been with Guidelight for about a year now and I can say with 100% confidence that I've never felt so fulfilled and supported in a company before. Passion and commitment to our mission bleeds into everything we do here and, surrounded by positive, well-rounded, collaborative, and encouraging teammates, I see this as my long term home. Great work-life balance while also feeling very challenged with strong long term growth potential.

While this has actually been something I really enjoy, we are still in start-up mode and are moving quickly with a lot of change. Everyone plays a part in that change.
