The administrative team understands the pressures and nuances you face day to day. They do not come in with the intent to take over and reinvent the processes you already have in place (assuming they are good processes). It's nice to have a support team to turn to when you need them. While there have been some very minor inconveniences it has always been for the greater good of the practice. We all know most people resist change until they can trust it is for the better. I thoroughly enjoy the remote friendships I have made and I appreciate working with a company that genuinely cares about each individual practice. I worked for DSO and swore I'd never do it again...this is not a DSO it is an extension of your practice and they work hard to provide exceptional support and guidance. You will not find a better group of people to support you.
