      Pros

      they offer trips, same as 1000s of other companies out there.

      Cons

      They steal images from many photographers while using Google search, never pay for any images. For example, they stole an image from Dmitri Markine and used that on one of their Africa tours. They, as a company could care less than photographs aren't free as it is cheaper for them not to pay and their location helps them to get away with thefts like that and other shady things

      Pros

      One of the best learning opportunities I have gained on a technology level under the founders of the website. Great compensation and perks along with options for equity in the company Absolute definition of how startup culture is supposed to be - 5 stars !

      Cons

      Might be a difficult place to work if you are not good at your line of work, management sets really high standards for perfection

      - Dual and even triple responsibilities - Work/Life Balance - Amazing work atmosphere - Flexible working hours - Compensation and additional perks - Provision for ESOPS - Employee handholding and training

      - Office location but moving to a better and bigger office in December
