      Since the company was bought by a smaller canadian own one, it is going down ward in terms of benefits.

      -Great pto -decent benefits and comp

      Cons

      -misalignment in everyday HQ to the US -lack of interest in growing a presence in the market to be known and refuse to put the resources in to do so -constant restructuring -poor leadership and direction from SLT -constant organizational hiccups with growth initiatives but yet have no clue how to successfully do so
