Extremely micromanagement- no trust to employees. Managers constantly checking the kitchen if someone is having a break ( and worse is Incase you spend 5 mins and you didn’t swipe that you are on a break!! Some one got told off for answering a distressing phonecall from family members and forgetting to swipe out on the time clock in order to take the phonecall. Some group of girls from one team feel the need to shout at and humiliate junior accountants in the open office right infont of others. They are the few favorite ones of one individual.
