      One of the good concern i have seen from my past 10 years of experience, Gubbacci trusting employees 100% , Gubbacci giving Maximum Freedom to all employees to give their best perfomance

      Pros

      1. Will not spend more on Clothing. (Perks of understanding the science behind clothing). Gubbacci will help you learn that easily. 2. Creative Freedom. Gubbacci, helps you focus on bringing your talent out with ease. 3. Opportunity to adapt and learn new tech.

      Cons

      Strict on leaves. Feels like a School more than a workspace. Workspace needs more shaping. Things go way too slow.
