management failed to protect if mistakes were made, by other guards you get the blame, very poor decisions
they sack me for no reason given after 2 weeks in the job with hardley any training and support, as well as no uniform

lack of leadership from above, got blame for the guards lacking my job role wasnt really don properly due to so much admin work including siging agency staff in and out an handing there fones out

terrible. no health and saftey protocalls was in place
sat on broken steats they say its to stop you from sleeping - really poor management

it changes all the time, got promises made but none werre given an no respect
