Pros
Branch Manager stopped by frequently and actually cared about concerns of his officers - if he couldn't solve an issue he'd keep negotiating until you felt comfortable with a solution
Cons
High turn over off officers, you wouldn't be able to build up team trust because people kept quitting or asking to be transferred (I think this was more of the contracted site issue rather than a Guardsmark issue)
